Event Request Form

We offer a variety of meeting spaces for First Church of God members, regular attenders, and mission partners. Spaces range from small rooms to large areas and can be used for events like meetings or parties. Fundraising events are limited to mission partners.

All requests are subject to availability. Church ministries and events always take priority. In rare cases (such as a funeral), previously scheduled non-ministry events may need to be rescheduled. Please submit requests as early as possible and be flexible with dates and times.

To request a space, complete this form. We’ll follow up within 4-5 days (requests after 2:00 p.m. Thursday are processed Monday). If approved, you’ll sign a rental agreement and arrange payment. Fees are shown before signing, and setup/teardown of tables and chairs is included.
