Financial Agreement
I understand that I am financially responsible for the total cost of the trip and agree to raise funds or self-fund as necessary to meet this goal.
The total cost per person is $350.
Please do not let that total amount look daunting; the price should not hold someone back from coming to Passion. Financial assistance is available.
Included in Cost:
- Airfare
- Travel expenses: lodging, transportation, trip insurance
- One group meal
- Luggage (you will have 1 carry-on suitcase)
Not Included in Cost:
- Airport food/beverages
- Souvenirs (Our purpose is not to be tourists. Likely, there will not be many opportunities to purchase souvenirs outside the airport)
- Meals

Apply by clicking the button at the top of this page. Then fill out the application you will receive via email. Once accepted for the trip, a $100 deposit is needed (this is nonrefundable). Applications must be received by September 12th, and the full trip amount is due by November 1st. We are excited with you as you take this step!
